The location near Namesti Miru metro station made getting around Prague super easy. The hotel had good breakfast options, with cold meats, cheeses, and pastries. I loved the spacious room and large bathroom. The mattress was uncomfortable, which affected my sleep. There was a lack of air conditioning, and I had to rely on a portable fan. The Wi-Fi was spotty in the room. I often needed to go to the stairwell for a good connection. The staff were generally friendly, but I experienced some inconveniences during check-in, which could have been smoother.

The room was large, it had a bath and even a bidet. The location was comfortable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a central state museum. It was located close to a tube station giving access to many Prague attractions.

Great and stunning location, and meals were good!!!
Loved the place, it was brilliant and worked for me. The beds were super and each big size room had climate control and a nice balcony. There was lots of food for breakfast, including fresh bread and pastries. Had a very pleasant stay here.

Nice and very helpful, serviceminded receptionist.
Compared to 3-star hotels me and my husband has lived in, in Prague, this was really more a 2-star hotel. Felt dirty as a first impression, which ususally is the most important. By just entering the hotel, you are welcomed by dirty loundry at the main-entrance and dirty overused mats, not a cosy impression. The bathroom didn't feel fresh and there were no holders for the towels, neighther the toilet paper. Looked even like growing bacteria in the bathroom. The lamps in the room were broken, so there were just bulbs showing. That's deffinitely not a 4-star hotel. More like a hostel, an unfresh one. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The restaturant, where the breakfast was served, smelled mug and felt unfresh too. Sorry, to say, a big dissappointment at our last days of vacation.

I liked the location (close to metro station) and price was ok for triple room. Staff was nice and helpful to book taxi, restaurants when asked. Simple and clean. Calm. Efficient choice for a city trip.
Few restaurants near the hotel (need to go in city centre). Staff could not give advice on where to go for good meals (not one). Equipment of the room very basic, a bit cheap quality. Breakfast in underground cave (dark) and not so good, although enough.

ample breakfast, nice location near metro station
audible, but not too loud, tram line nearby, way too small pillows, having to go to the reception desk to borrow a hair-dryer

The clean room had a great comfy bed, and being close to the Namesti Miru metro station made it easy to explore the beautiful city. We enjoyed a lovely stroll in Havlickovy sady park, just nearby.
My wife says that the breakfast variety could be improved for families.
